Marketing 180 uses box.com for image, video and document storage for all customers. You will be sent an invitation from box.com to setup an account. You DO NOT need to purchase a paid account as we pay for unlimited storage for all of our customers. The important thing to know is we are only able to see files and folders inside the folder we created for you. So when uploading files please be sure to load them in to the folder with your company name.
When we setup your box folder we will create organization folders so it is easier for all of us to find and use the files provided.
You will see folder organization similar to this example:
Company Name (Main Folder That Is Shared)
- Logo Files (Folder)
- Brand Files (Folder)
- Brand Images (Folder)
- Brand Videos (Folder)
- Service #1 (Folder)
- Service #1 Images (Folder)
- Service #2 Videos (Folder)
** You will have a Service Folder for each service you provide.
- Service Area #1 (Folder)
- Service Area #1 Images (Folder)
- Service Area #1 Videos (Folder)
** You will have a Service Area Folder for each city you provide service in.
